ceiling fans adjacent to 1000 square feet of screened pool area
including a 14 by 28 foot pool with new 115k BTU pool heater and a
jaccuzi “jet wall” for relaxing under the sun or stars. Another
deck adjacent to the pool area enclosure offers a retreat outside
under the palms – and yet another patio is located directly on the
canal.
Dual
central air-conditioning systems with independent thermostats allow
the house to be opened to the lanai and pool area with 2 bedrooms
and a bathroom which can be kept under AC control. Likewise, if the
extra bedrooms and bath are not being used this area can be left
“warm” to reduce energy needs.
The
private dock has loads of lounge chair room and provides a view
along the canal. The dock has a 10,000 pound boat lift if you want
to cruise the miles of canals or take a quick trip to
Sanibel Island
just 5 miles from your dock by
protected and scenic waters. The canal is populated by Snook,
Mullet, Jackfish, Snapper and even manatee and dolphins are seen off
the dock on occasion.
